There is a lot of traditional music and dance in our area - but it's almost as if that's a secret!! Even living in the area we may not get to hear about places we can go to play our instruments or attend music and dance workshops with expert tutors or go to informal house concerts It must be worse for visitors to the area who may like to take part whilst on holiday. This site is designed to advertise traditional music and dance events and particularly those that are organised by an individual or small voluntary groups |
